Our Meditation Practice
We have received different meditations from our teachers which we offer regularly:

All meditations are guided so that they are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Of course, we are happy to offer explanations for anyone who wishes to receive explanations.
Participation in the meditations is free of charge. You are very welcome to join us.
Chenrezig
Every second Wednesday at 7.30 p.m. we practice the chanted meditation on Chenrezig, the Buddha of active compassion and loving kindness.
In person in Kreuzberg and via Zoom.

We practise the traditional praises to the 21 Taras every Monday morning at 7 a.m. via Zoom.

Meditation Of Calm Abiding
Every second Thursday at 7.30h framed by taking refuge, developing Bodhicitta and aspirational prayers, we practice 2 sessions of 20 minutes each to achieve one-pointedness and calm abiding.
